PLEASE WEAR A FACE COVERING WHEN COMING IN TO THE SURGERY, IF YOU ARE ABLE TO DO SO.
Please refer to our Latest News page or COVID 19 page for information
DUE TO UNPRECEDENTED DEMAND FOR TELEPHONE ACCESS TO THE SURGERY WE HAVE MADE CHANGES TO THE OPENING TIMES OF OUR PRESCRIPTION ORDERING LINE.
IT WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE DURING SURGERY OPENING HOURS. THIS WILL ALLOW THOSE WHO NEED TO SPEAK TO A RECEPTIONIST OR A DOCTOR TO GET THROUGH TO THE SURGERY AND ALLOW US TO GET THROUGH TO YOU.
PLEASE USE THE TELEPHONE PRESCRIPTION ORDERING SERVICE IN THE EVENINGS OR AT WEEKNDS. PLEASE ALSO CONSIDER REGISTERING FOR OUR ONLINE PRESCRIPTION ORDERING SERVICE.
YOU WILL STILL GET YOUR REGULAR MEDICATIONS WHEN YOU NEED THEM. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER TOO EARLY OR UNNECESSARILY.
PLEASE GIVE AS MUCH CONSIDERATION AS YOU CAN TO US AND TO YOUR COMMUNITY PHARMACIST.
Request a GP consultation.
We operate a phone first appointment system. All requests for a routine consultation with a doctor are triaged by a doctor. Telephone consultation requests are accepted online, or by speaking to a receptionist from 9am each day until capacity for the day has been reached.
If you book using the online services you must add your contact number when you are prompted for a reason for your appointment.
You will receive a telephone call from a doctor on that day to allow you to discuss your health issues. If you require a face-to-face consultation that will normally be offered on the same day, however you can request a day or doctor of your choice.
If an urgent problem arises and you require a consultation please ring the surgery and explain your problem to a receptionist. A doctor will then ring you back.
Please be aware that Monday mornings tend to have a long list of telephone triage requests.
It is important that we have up to date details for all our patients so if you have changed address or phone number can you please contact the reception to get it updated.
As well as being able to see when we are open at the click of a mouse we’ve made it easier for you to do a number of things. Check out how to order a repeat prescription or cancel your appointment online.
Registering is easy with online forms also available and appointment slots to suit most patients’ timetables. You’ll enjoy a confidential service in comfortable surroundings from a helpful and dedicated team.
